| Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalog, and click on the BUY NOW for the item you want to purchase. You will be taken to a summary page and you can enter the quanity you need which is then added to the shopping cart. You are able to go backwards and forwards between the shop catalogue and the shopping cart by navigating the different MENUS or NEXT and BUY NOW buttons.After you have finished your selection, click on "CHECKOUT" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to fulfill your order. The postage rates are determined by the shipping address and will be calculated, as will any VAT, as you proceed to the end of your order.We are able to invoice UK based schools and organisations. This can only be done by either sending a fax or email together with: Official order number. Name of recipient. Delivery Address. Invoice Address.Orders to individuals must be paid for in advance either online using a credit/debit card or by cheque. If you wish to pay by cheque, products ordered will not be despatched until payment has been received. | Shipping And HandlingShipping is charged by weight and we use Royal Mail services. Our Courier (UK Shuttle) will be used if your order is particularly bulky but this is only avialable for orders within the UK.United Kingdom: There is a minimum charge of £2.50 rising to a maximum of £15.Europe: Orders for Europe will be sent via Airmail. There is a maximum weight of 2Kg for this service so orders exceeding this weight will be split into packages of 2Kg or less. | Returns PolicyReturning a productBefore returning any item please contact the Learning Works office to obtain a returns authorisation number. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.Packing the itemWrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your returns authorisation number clearly printed on the outside of the package. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.Replacement or refundWe will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card.Returning an unwanted itemYou may return any unwanted item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund less postage.
