Shipping And Handling
Shipping is charged by weight and we use Royal Mail services. Our Courier (UK Shuttle) will be used at our discretion, usually for orders which are particularly bulky. This service is next day delivery before 1600. If you would like your order sent via courier or you would like to take advantage of pre 9am, 10am, 12pm, 4pm then please call the office on (01672) 512914 for a price and availability of service.
United Kingdom: There is a minimum charge of £2.50 rising to a maximum of £15.
Europe: Orders for Europe will be sent via Airmail. There is a maximum weight of 2Kg for this service so orders exceeding this weight will be split into packages of 2Kg or less. The minimum charge is £2.50, there is no upper limit.
Rest of the World: Orders for the rest of the world will be sent via Airmail. There is a maximum weight of 2Kg for this service so orders exceeding this weight will be split into packages of 2Kg or less. The minimum charge is £2.50, there is no upper limit.

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalog, and click on the ADD TO CART button for the item you want to purchase. You will be taken to a summary page and you can enter the quanity you need which is then added to the shopping cart. You are able to go backwards and forwards between the shop catalogue and the shopping cart by navigating the different MENUS or NEXT and ADD TO CART buttons.
After you have finished your selection, click on "CHECKOUT" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to fulfill your order. The postage rates are determined by the shipping address and will be calculated, as will any VAT, as you proceed to the end of your order.
If you are purchasing a digital download product the procedure for buying is as stated above. Once you have paid for the product you will receive a receipt where you can download your purchase, just click on the red highlighted link. You will also receive an email with download links which are valid for 24 hours.
We are able to invoice UK based schools and organisations. This can only be done by either sending a fax to 01672 519025 or telephoning the office on 01672 512914 or sending an email together with: Official order number, name of recipient, delivery address and invoice address, to info@learning-works.org.uk
If you wish to pay by cheque, products ordered will not be despatched until payment has been received. Please make sure full details of your order and address are included with the cheque. Cheques should be made payable to: Learning Works International Ltd. and sent to the following address:
